Moorlands and natural areas in a state of neglect fascinate me. These are, apparently places without history, but potential because they give space to the imagination for the possibilities they could offer. Gèrbido is a place to wait, think and create, starting from the observation of what is or is not there.

Fabio Battistetti is a sound artist. He usually works in the fields of hybridization between the digital a fields nd the research for simplicity in the nature. He’s involved into music production since the end of 90’s with releases on Acustronica, Almost Halloween Time, Chew-Z, Cathedral Transmissions, Creative Sources, Edison Box, Many Feet Under, Sonospace, Touchin’ Bass. He has an empathetic approach and his creative imprint refers to the do it yourself ethic, digital arts and to an intense relationship with the natural environment. He’s currently working on music composition, sound art, live performances, soundscape and visual art.
